Terms of Use

Effective October 2026.

SPLNOTE records shared expenses and suggests payments. It does not transfer money. Check your amounts and agree on payments with your group.

Premium

Premium is an optional, non-consumable purchase that unlocks unlimited owned groups. It is a one-time payment, with no subscription. Apple displays the local price before purchase and handles payment and refund requests. Restore Purchases restores an eligible purchase using the same Apple Account.

Your data

You control the information you enter and share. Shared group members can view group data and add expenses and payments. The admin can edit existing expenses. Keep any records you need before deleting a group.

License and privacy

The Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies. See our Privacy Policy for data handling.
